On a day-to-day basis, IMP is led by the project's STEERING GROUP that consist of a designated member of each project partner organization. The Steering Group is the motor behind the implementation of IMP.
The members of the IMP THINK TANK act as the project's external advisory board. It is composed by experienced, independent and skilled professionals working in the cultural heritage sectors in the five project partner countries. Its members will reflect on the project's outputs and outcomes. Representatives of ICOM International, NEMO and the ICH NGO Forum play a special role in IMP's Think Tank, because of their roles in respectively, the worldwide fields of museums and that of intangible cultural heritage.
